DEAD INSIDE.
No not really, I just have no jokes today. Not one damn joke. Man oh man. You probably at least want to know what I did this weekend right??? Huh??? Yeah?
Ok well it all started off with going to the last night of hot fucking pink @ scenic. Nothing important happened, just the regular good fun. Hey but I did score a couple of free drinks which is all need to have a good time. Listen, I don’t know exactly who is reading this blog, but ill tell you this - there a bit of cock blocking going on Friday night. If you were there with me, you know what I mean. Oh well though scenic is over…its being closed cause ppl said it was “too gay” and they want more of a beer drinking crowd. To that I say, “give me an effing break!” I did drink beer there…besides Croxley alehouse is across the street so that block already has its place for wing eating and beer guzzling! And what’s with these godamn stereotypes/categories - I’d go to both Scenic or Croxley’s any day. It’s so silly. But it’s probably the drugs that they are concerned about.
Then on Saturday I spent the whole day at Clinton Street Baking Company…took a few hours to get in and then a few more hours to east and it was effing delicious. You can’t go wrong with pancakes, eggs, cheese grits, friend green tomatoe, sweet bacon, and 10 cups of joe. After that I went uptown to get my haircut. Uggh they made me look like Rachel from friends!! Eww!! I said hip, shaggy with a lot of fringe!! Not flipped out, nineties and precious!!!!
Eff that.
Then I went to the Yeah Yeah Yeahs’ which was effing awesome. I went by myself (kinda) but I made some new friends that also blog a lot and went to my HS coincidently!!! And one of them was the sister of the fiancé of my friend-that I-had brunch-with-on-Sunday ’s ex boyfriend. How’s that for 6 degrees of separation?!
I am not trying to be one of those losers who is a groupie and stuff but I had to post this picture that I stole of Karen O on stage because she is fucking babe!!!! She’s the hot shit! Check it out:

Then I went to Wolfgang Tilmans opening on Sunday @ PS1. TG was all stressed because she had to put on a party dress and party with Chloe Sevigny and the Scissor Sisters in SOHO. Damn, that girl is lucky. I looked at the art for 10 minutes and gossiped about celebrities and grizzly man for about 10 hours. Damn it. I can’t think of any funny stories. DAMN IT!!!!!!!
